A professionally trained singer, with a warm friendly approach, Geoffrey James has a well-defined background in the art of male voice choral music. Not to mention his charming performances as a dynamic and entertaining solo artiste. With many years of experience as a singer in male voice choirs, musical shows and concerts, he has passionately developed a wide repertoire which showcases his rich baritone vocals.

Geoffrey first discovered his passion for singing at the early age of 6, when the influential sounds of his local parish choir were ever-present. In his late teens and early twenties, he was drawn to various musical and theatrical groups and has subsequently been singing with the Brighton Welsh Male Voice Choir.

Inspired by artists such as Jim Reeves, Mario Lanza and Matt Munro, he now offers a fascinating blend of catchy show tunes, beautiful ballads and well-known classical pieces as well as easy Old Time and sentimental sing-a-long songs. Adapting his repertoire to suit his audience, Geoffrey cleverly interweaves a series of engaging monologues that educate as well as entertain. The result is, evocative music that lifts the spirits and sensitive humour that lightens the heart.
